Senangnya dapet kiriman dari @sayafeelgood hari ini , jadi ga bingung mau makan apa dan tentunya kalori yang masuk juga ikut terjaga.
Aku dapet meal untuk lunch & dinner yang light which means total kalorinya paling kecil dibandingin sama yang lain ( ada fit & strong ) jadi yg mau gedein badan , kurusin badan bahkan mau jaga berat badan aja bisa banget makan ini.
Btw mungkin masih ada yang ga gitu perhatiin soal kalori yang masuk ke tubuh but I just wanna say sesering-seringnya kita olahraga makanan itu jadi faktor penting juga buat menjaga berat ideal tubuh.
