PROUD. Nggak ada waktu buat nganggur/rebahan selama karantina covid + Ramadan!.Banyak yang udah kebosenan, bingung mau ngapain lagi buat ngisi waktu. Saya malah udah bingung kalo ada waktu luang dikit pasti cari resep buat dimasak, or bikin resep baru. Bahkan godok ide bikin bisnis baru. Soon🖤 .Jadi ga ada waktu nganggur, karena kalau nganggur, bakal ada waktu buat mikirin yang enggak-enggak then malah bikin immun turun, mudah kena Covid-19..Di awal sempet stress karena banyak kehilangan project di Jakarta akibat efek covid. Tapi cepet juga berlalunya. Sekarang sudah berdamai dengan keadaan #newnormal versi me..Pun jadi ga emosi ikutan marah-marah karena pada berkerumun. Hanya mempertanyakan kenapa orang-orang nggak peduli & seegois itu..Kenyataannya, kita ga bisa stop cara pandang semua orang ngadepin covid ini, karena yang nggak penting buat kita dan bukan prioritas utama buat kita, ternyata penting & prioritas buat orang lain. Misal: kerja di luaran, beli baju Lebaran di mall, ke pasar..Fokus aja sekarang di kita. Yang kita jalanin itu, #dirumahaja kan, demi kesehatan kita sendiri dan supaya orang lain nggak tertular (seandainya tanpa sadar kita carrier). .Ya sudah, lanjutin aja, jangan ikutan arus, kayak anak kecil yang karena orang lain ngelanggar kita jadi ikutan ngelanggar.Stay safe. Trying to take an outfit photo with a baby who's learning to walk. Mask up, people!Hari ini kita balik lagi ke dokter karena Owen kalo lagi makan tuh batuk2nya parah, beberapa kali sampai muntah. Padahal baru mulai kembali napsu makannya, lah muntah makanannya keluar semua. Aku khawatir radang atau apa ya, tapi kata dokter enggak sih. Cuma obat batuknya diganti. Semoga yang ini lebih efektif.Stay healthy yaa semuanya! Minum air putih yang banyak. Kalo keluar rumah pakai masker. Sering-sering cuci tangan. Semprot2in sanitizing spray atau disinfectant di perabot rumah. Minum vitamin. Dan paling penting berdoa dan percayakan aja sama Tuhan. Kita gak akan sakit kalau Tuhan gak izinkan penyakit itu mengalahkan immune system kita. Being out there in the field is not easy for your skin. Since my skin is constantly exposed to the sun and harsh temperatures, I should take care of my skin properly. And good skin can keep your skin healthy and glowing for years to come.
Below are some beauty tips from me to all tenacious women out there 💪
1. Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen
UV rays cause uneven pigmentation. They do damage on a molecular level that leads to wrinkles and sagging in the future. Most people are, by now aware that UV rays contribute to skin cancer, too. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. Apply sunscreen generously, and reapply (more often if you're perspiring). 2. Skip makeup, please
Makeup will melt right off with sweat (which is why it is a good idea to skip it all together), but if you feel you need to wear some, keep it simple with a little dot of concealer under your eyes and sheer lip stain or tinted lip balm.
3. Proper skincare regimen
You don't have to follow 10 steps regimen when you're in the field. Just practice good skincare on the go, cleansing-hydrating-moisturizing plus night treatment (spot treatment or exfoliating). Always, always, keep your skin hydrated.
4. Extras
Eat yourself gorgeous (veggies & fruits, not that fancy cakes), never skip workout, catch some zZZs, drink plenty of water, and smile! Stress can raise blood pressure, suppress the immune system, increase the risk of heart attack and stroke, speed up the aging process, and cause ZITS.
