If you're looking for budget friendly first cleanser, these three are easily available in Indonesia and doesn't cost more than Rp 100,000.1⃣ Nivea cleansing water two to three pads to cleanse your makeup. Heavily soaked. Works better for eye makeup than the Garnier. But ...2⃣ The Garnier Micellar Water feels more comfortable on my dry skin whereas the Nivea slightly sting. 3⃣ Hada Labo cleansing oil, some say it doesn't work quite as well as the one sold overseas, but I have no problem. I apply liberally to the face and it seems to dilute my makeup just fine including heavy coverage makeup. Easily emulsified.However, as you know, I'm not one that favour cleansing water as first cleansee it's just something for emergency. But if you do, try using balm or cleansing oil as second cleanser to make sure you cleanse your face thoroughly.
